- Please allow a 2-hour arrival window for any time you schedule on the calendar. (for a 10am appointment we will arrive between 10-noon)
- Mileage will be charged for listings over 30 miles from our home office.
- Cancellations/changes less than 24 hours from scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancellation charge
